The service was generally good. the hotel has parking outside. - Breakfast includes very nice fresh bread. - the location is brilliant and unbeatable in Samoens. - It's close to the ski slopes and cable car, accessible by shuttle bus, and near other areas around.

Easy access, clean, friendly staff ......in France. Not a great 3 stars but at least you keep it into the budget and there is a warm welcome which I like.
The pool being outside is not practical in winter Understaffed during the ski season. They could hire a couple more staff to expedite requests. Not soundproof, especially neighbour's washroom you can hear loud and clear in to your bedroom.

Great location ,in town but also close to the Grand Massive express ski lift. Nicely furnished rooms ,very clean and comfortable, parking outside hotel a bonus.
The staff were unhelpful and unsmiling. We were not allowed to have a drink in the hotel bar because it was New Years Eve and reserved for those dining in the hotel, which we were not told about before. The attitude was one of we don't really want you here

Good size room for ski accomodation, with tv and desk. Newly re-fitted. Virtually in centre of town, but very quiet. We arrived at 8.30am, and the room was ready! When we checked out they kept our bags safe for the day, and let us shower when we returned after skiing for the day, before heading home. Free internet access in the hotel.
Breakfast was not very special and too expensive.

We were really pleased with the location in the centre of the village and proximity to ski bus. It was also an easy walk to ski lifts. Hotel was nicer than in the pictures. Sauna good and hot (after we turned it on). Lovely South facing balcony in our room.
The breakfast was ridiculously over priced - as other reviewers have commented. We got fantastic coffee and pastry from the various shops in the village at much better value. Unclear why the hotel persists in the overpriced breakfast when very few people seemed to take it up. Our room had a persistant sewage smell. We brought it to the attention of management, who to their credit tried to fix it, but the smell returned every day. Quite off putting!

Great location for a ski weekend, and also in the centre of the village. Ate in the resturant two out of three nights and it was excellent.
We were near the stair case (no lift) and it was a little noisy with people walking up and down up to 11pm.

Staff were friendly. They let us have our room early and were very helpful. For Samoens it is a good location and very central in the village. We would stay there agin if we went back to this region.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the middle of the village. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a great view. The swimming pool was also nice, and it was great to take a dip whilst watching the snowfall.
the breakfast was quite basic and not what we had expected. the outdoor area didn't look well-maintained, which was a shame because it had potential to be really nice.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of a charming village. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying, giving me the energy I needed for the day. The location was ideal, allowing me to easily explore the village and its surroundings. I was also grateful for the free wifi, which helped me stay connected. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and excellent location.
